Floral Asháninka Cacao from the Yevanashi Community, in the Apurímac River Valley, where the Andes meet the Amazon. Harvested by Asháninka women following lunar cycles, each fruit is carefully selected and hand-processed to preserve its delicate floral notes and distinctive flavour.
